where the roads are bad, it's a rough ride. I have found with my spring rate, it's a less bouncy ride if I put them on 3 clicks Front and 4-5 clicks rear. Smooth highways are excellent and on the track, they're very good. Your tire size and selection will matter even more as well. My track tires are Kuhmo Ecsta XS 225/40 and 245/40 (came from a 350Z track edition) vs DD are 245/40 275/35 Conti Extreme DW. With the track setup, it's unbearably rough, DD is tolerable, but I still find some days wishing it was a bit softer as I get tired of anticipating bumps. As for lowering, I'm using 300 deg camber correction plates and stock rear arms. I basically lowered it enough that it's just barely in spec for alignment on camber, however caster is obviously out. Car has a very good OEM'ish stance (not slammed looking, but no 4X4).
